Fabulous Vintage Mannequin that I was informed came from a Georgia Retail Store. I do believe one of the fingers had been glued on. Not sure what the numbers represent, but there is a number on the back of the head, and on the back of the mannequin. There are handwritten numbers on other areas of the mannequin.
