This is a Rare Vintage Ralph Pucci reclining female Mannequin with removable hands and arms. The Mannequin is “Used”. The mannequin which is a composite frame and hard composite plaster does have various spots and scuffs that would need some gentle touch-up , however other than that is is great shape. The graceful lady was used in a display at a couture studio as a prop for window settings. The Godfather of the mannequin industry Ralph Pucci, in this creation alluded to the more classical female form and eschewed the pop culture of so many forms that dominate the collectable market. The use of plaster composite over the framework , allows the form to have a soft appearance much like new snow that has just fallen to the ground rather than the harshness of new age plastics.
