So I may have been manufactured in the late 1950s. I havent seen another online anywhere. The form itself is in great condition I never used it Im not sure if it was used when I bought it but the adjustable bar is not working correct. It came loose from the top inside. I can see the screw hole but I cant get the threaded pole back in. I dont know how to fix things so I dont want to mess with it. So this is in two pieces.
