She is a hard to find a Mannequin by Adele Rootstein. She has an unusual pose which is fun and whimsical. She has flat feet and is not designed for heels. She does NOT come with a stand. She does have a hole in the bottom of 1 foot for a stand. Because of her flat feet she stands better than most without the stand with just a little bit of help of something behind her.
