Vintage Antique French Mannequin, Parisian Dress Form, Dummy, Jeanne D’arc living, French Nordic. A beautiful example of a Antique French Mannequin The size 41 is printed at the top of the neck. The mannequin has lovely dimensions and has aged gracefully! Her shape reflects the change in women after the war, very slim with a small bust The linen is hand stitched in places, it has aged and is now a tea stained color. There are stains on the linen form age and a few little marks and traces of dust and time. There are some little tears in places. The front has a slight depression on her left, going towards centre, side. I have left the wood in an as found condition so you may wish to wax and buff it. There are traces of old woodworm but I have treated this as a precaution. The base and neck piece are ebonies wood and the top is natural colored. Please study the photographs carefully as they form part of the description. She would look great for your photo shoots or to display period clothing or accessories. She would look good as a prop in your atelier. Bust: 80cm = 31.5. Waist: 66cm = 26. Hips: 90cm = 35.4. Overall Height: 155cm = 61 minimum. All dimensions are approx.
