The bust was a project of her’s while she was in art school. She loved it so much she kept her whole life, literally. The piece is comprised of pieces of canvas like material strategically set in place. The piece are placed, tied, woven and stacked to add incredible detail and depth creating features such as braids, bows and an incredibly detailed dress. The bust is set on steel frame.
