Antique Dress Form Cast Iron Base Cage Skirt Industrial Restoration Mannequin. Lightly restored antique dress form with metal cage skirt. Cast base with wooden wheels. Base and cage have been given a fresh coat of black enamel. Hardware has been restored to gold leaf. Body made of formed cardboard covered in linen. Cloth is deteriorating and has brass nails pinning it to the body. Somewhat fragile and would be best for window display, decor, or photography. Can be used to photograph/display clothing, but requires a little extra care. Age is probably early 1900s but could be very late 1800s. Adjustable from 57″ to 72″ from floor to top of finial.
