This item is far from my expertise, but it does have that cool, vintage look- buyers please bare with me as I take an honest stab at this. It appears to me that the actual mannequin is vintage, but maybe pedestal is not. It is constructed of what appears to be “feed-bag” material, if that makes sense, with a plywood frame on bottom. I would think this would allow form-fitting clothes to “cling” to mannequin without causing pulls in the fabric. Nails holding plywood in place are obviously not machine made, suggesting it’s age. Pedestal is adjustable, as pictured is standing at 5′ 7. Really cool piece for clothes making or display/photos of clothing.
