This is a vintage or antique mannequin dress form. It has a cast iron base marked Hallborcher Dress Form Co Chicago New York. It has a foot pedal that allows the body to be raised and lowered. The body form has several sections that can be expanded by loosening wing nuts inside the form. The body is made of cloth over some sort of hard man made material. The body section is roughly 39 tall. The overall height is adjustable. The lower section and the inside of the body is made of metal strips. As you can see in the photos, there are several rips in the cloth, and a few corners of the body form sections are slightly beat up. Overall it’s solid and seems to work fine. It has a great vintage look that would go well in a boutique, salon or just in someone’s home.
