Mannequin is able to swivel around the pole it stands on 360 degrees without problems. Does not tilt or bend. Wheels on base of stand move freely. Measurements: height is adjustable from approximately 59 to 96. (About 8 feet tall maximum height); other approximate measurements: bust 38, waist 31, hips 40. There are no movable parts to the cloth chest, bust, waist or hips. Approximate weight: 23 – 24 lbs. Good condition overall = please see photos for detailed views.
