This is a Vintage Department Store Little Boy Wood Mannequin 1930-40s. The condition is good use for they age. The metal stand is missing , under one foot you can see hold for fix to the base stand. I thing somebody paint. For me need some paint. The two arms take of to the body (see picture). I thing is in wood , because where you have hole for fix arm is in wood.
